OPPO’s flagship smartphones, the Reno 10 series, have been in the market for a few months, but only Chinese customers can get them. Reno 10, Reno 10 Pro and Reno 10 Pro + are very good devices, specially designed for the Chinese market.
However, it seems OPPO intends to launch some or all of the Reno 10 series smartphones in other countries. While this may be an isolated event, the truth is that OPPO’s Reno 10 series is no longer available exclusively in China.
OPPO Malaysia has just confirmed that the three Reno 10 smartphones will be available for pre-order in the country from July 14th. underscore GSMArena. The most expensive of the three Reno 10 smartphones is the Reno 10 Pro+, which features a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a first-generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ processor, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
As for the camera, the Reno 10 Pro + has a triple camera, which includes a 50MP main sensor with OIS (optical image stabilization), a 64MP telephoto lens with OIS, and an ultrawide camera. the Main It also has a secondary 32MP camera on the front for selfies.
Next up is the Reno 10 and Reno 10 Pro, which feature smaller 6.7-inch AMOLED displays, with a 120Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. However, unlike the Chinese models which come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G and MediaTek’s Dimensity 8200 processors, the Malaysian variants come with MediaTek’s Dimensity 7050 and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G processors.
As for the cameras, the standard Reno 10 model has three cameras – 64MP + 32MP + 8MP, while the Reno 10 Pro version also has three rear cameras: 50MP + 32MP + 8MP. Both models feature a 32MP front camera, as does the Reno 10 Pro+.
OPPO is still mysterious in France
Another difference between the Malaysian and Chinese Reno 10 series is the battery. The Chinese Reno 10 and Reno 10 Pro are powered by 4,600mAh batteries, while the Malaysian Reno 10 gets its power from a slightly larger 5,000mAh battery. The Malaysian Reno10 Pro has the same 4,600mAh battery as the Chinese model, but it only supports 80W wired charging, while the Chinese version supports 100W wired charging.
To put things into perspective, the OPPO Reno 10, Reno 10 Pro, and Reno 10 Pro + will be available for purchase in Malaysia for the equivalent of €350, €430, and €685, respectively. These prices are slightly higher than those in China, but that was to be expected.
