FOSSverse? What is this?
It’s basically the idea of โโunifying all the things FOSS has in one member account. When you log in to FOSS, you can automatically be logged into the comments section with the same profile. This was the first part.
The same member account is now valid on It is the free and open source software community. You don’t have to manage a separate account for the community anymore. Pro members also get a “Pro” badge on their Community profile.
Still not part of the FOSS community? This is the place where you can ask your questions and clear your doubts. Do not join.
In the final step towards FOSSverse, the account of the same member will also be valid on his/her FOSS news. Pro member accounts are already synced between portals.
In the end, you will have the same identity across the FOSSverse (all FOSS web portals). I’m so excited about it ๐คฉ and I welcome your feedback on this idea.
